Redd Trees Are Hot! Holiday Gift Inspirations

I’ve had such grand demands for a red tree recently featured in my solo exhibit.  Before the show even opened it sold in an instant.

While every item I create is custom…one-of-a-kind, I have decided to expand upon the Redd Tree Series focused on the yarn shade but each design is, indeed, signature.  A quick share of such on my Facebook page yesterday and swoop! Another one was quickly “adopted”.  I usually fall in love with my pieces but they are gone so fast I don’t get a chance to fall deeply in love.

Here are my Redd Trees with more on the way.  They make wonderful holiday gifts.  $55

Let me know if you wish to adopt one of these delightful tree swirls.

Crocheting Anytime, Anywhere: I Love New York!

I now find demand for my art has increased and with the selling of over half of my work during my recent solo art exhibit, I am compelled to create new works throughout my day.  As my passion soars, I am charged to fill down time moments creating.

While travelling through the subway system in New York, waiting for a train, I fill my train wait time with stitches.

In between classes at the college where I teach, I create.

All in preparation for my next New York City show.  YES!

I love my hometown New York where you’ll find me crocheting anytime, anywhere.  Hey, yah never know!

“Possibilities”, Art & Conversation

My current art show has supported my desire to blend art, music and meaningful conversations.  It has been a testament to what is, indeed, possible when you work the magic of intention.

Conversation and art must be position at the core of who we are collectively.  When we naturally connect through the arts and with one another, it nurtures our soul and the very nature of who we are.

I so look forward to creating more meaningful affairs where we engage and celebrate our humaness.  It’s a mindful thing and let’s keep it rolling.

Here are highlights from the “Possibilities” exhibit authentically connecting so many folks.

So thankful for all who dropped by, purchased artwork, extended accolades.  And I so thank Creative Corner in West Hempstead, New York for hosting my solo exhibit.

Grandest Love to All…including you, my dearest readers and followers, crochet lovers, artists and my fellow fiber artists!
